Youngs def. lager + def. bitter = ?

What would happen if I chucked a Youngs definitive bitter in an fv, then instead of using 1kg sugar, I chucked in a lager kit also?

Perhaps used SO4 or Nottingham yeasties?

I am not disparaging this, being a noob and all, but why would you? I like the young's bitter myself, must be the cheapest homebrew possible.

If you are going to use 2 kits in a brew, why not 2 bitter kits instead?
