I started a 7 day kit tonight.

It was the easiest kit I've ever started.
I finished in less than an hour.
My SG is 1074, hoping to get an FG of 1000.

1. Pour juice into sanitized fermenting bucket.
2. Add water (18-25 Degrees Celsius)
3. Add Yeast and Stir

A Really simple kit to start.

This is also my first time using a blow off tube instead of an airlock.
I put a pipe in the rubber bung on the bucket lid.
The other end is in the bucket in a bottle to weigh the pipe down.

I thought it might be less messy than the last couple of stouts I brewed.

Having watched and read hundreds of beer brew bays I can see why you find throwing a wine kit together is easy and fast.

I will be interested to hear what you think of it once its had a chance to settle.
I did a Beaverdale Pinot Grigio a few of months ago and its not bad but seems a bit "thin" to me.

The brew has kicked off to a good start.
The yeast seems to be working really hard. My improvised blow off pipe seems to be working well.
( Thanks for the idea a few weeks ago, Chippy_Tea ).
