evening all.

can anyone out ther tell me the AV of youngs you brew bitter, i brought the stater pack from wilkinsons just to get to grips with brewing. someone told me it was about 3.5% and someone else said it was 3%. i made it with 1 kilo of normal everyday sugar.

!.7kg of malt extract plus 1kg sugar would give an OG of 1.040 which would give an estimated ABV of 4% :thumb:
