Yorkshire bitter kits

Hello everyone

I'm new to home brewing (this is my first post) and have completed a couple of brew kits.

I see a number of kits sold as 'Yorkshire' bitter. Can anyone tell me what are the characteristics of Yorkshire bitter (apart from originating from Yorkshire)? How does Yorkshire bitter differ from a standard bitter, e.g. Young's Harvest Bitter to Young's Harvest 'Yorkshire' Bitter??
