I am planning to brew a Black Wych clone. Good advice on the recipe has been provided by Clibit, see link below - and thanks mate!

Well, all the ingredients are now on their way except yeast. I am tyring to build up a small supply of liquid yeasts, so any thoughts on a suitable liquid yeast for this that I might add to my collection for brewing darker ales?
Already in my fridge are: American "West Coast Style" - originally a dried yeast
WLP300 for Hefeweizen/Wheat beers - second culture.
Gales ale yeast - from Brewlab - currently growing that up from a slope.
Cheers,
Laurence.
