Yeast for a Proper Job.

I quite regularly brew a Proper Job clone and use Notty. The result is pretty close to the real bottled version. I would recommend Notty for it.

Many thanks for all the replies. I think I will just use a neutral yeast then instead of risking the bottled strain. it would have been a nice experiment but an awful waste of brewing time if it goes wrong!
