Budding Brewer !
Just making a 5l Wine ... bunged the yeast in when still way over temperature 30+.
What now ?
Wait till comes down to 22 and add another teaspoon or just hope ?
Or will the temp kill the first yeast and give me an off taste ?
Less haste more speed me thinks.
