Xmas Brews

my Xmas ale ' milestone Flasher and Dasher Kit is on its way, I thought it would have a wee post to see if anyone if brewing a kit for xmas or an xmas brew? i will be doing this and maybe a wee elderflower chapagne before xmas but we'll see what happens!

I`m going to do a stout in a few weeks but i will hold back a couple of gallons in dj`s to ferment with some elderberry juice. I am rather partial to velvet pussy :whistle: :whistle: (stout and port) which i have made with elderberry port so i thought that this may be a nice drink for christmas.

I have also got a dj of IPA which i added cloves, cinnamon and cardamom which tastes great. I thought of serving it with a curry but I think I will keep for Christmas.

If I get time I`m also going to do a barley wine.

Have a starter of WLP 007 sat next to me at the moment - I think this will bring more fruitiness than last years version with S04. :party:
