I will be brewing my Christmas beer tomorrow :thumb:
That recipe is for a mild.
I am brewing a strong Belgian ale that will have Chimay characteristics from the yeast, but it won't be Chimay cos I don't know the exact ingredients but I like mine :grin:

not going to be brewing for a couple of weeks, so should probably have a good think about this!
