thought my try this recipe from ollossons book
4.5% alcohol content
bittering u 32
pale malt 4320 g
crystal 825g
fuggles 3.3% 48g 90mins
goldings 4.0% 60g 90 mins
goldings 22g l5mins
goldings 5g dry hopped
not tried this b4 has any one else ?
 
nope but I can see why you want to try it. Looks like a nice recipe :)
 
I dont normally dry hop in the keg might go for adding the final aroma hops at 80c for 30 mins :hmm:
 
I've dry hopped in the keg before. Just stick them in a sterilised hop bag and dump them in. With some varietys you can just leave them in there, others will need removing after a week otherwise you can end up with a grassy taste. Just remove them after a week if you're not sure.
