Starter of the Westerham Spirit of Kent.
A lovely palate cleaner.
Said to have 9 different hops in the making.
Sounds like a user-upper that became a recipe.
Good all the same.
I also have a measuring cylinder QC of my recent Kent Golden ale.
Last night's sample was a little cold for the SG/FGS so I'm letting this sample warm to RT before taking the reading.
