The next 2 brews in pipeline, the recipes have whitbread1099 ale yeast , the other 1028 london. Does anyone have any tips, having not used before. The minute they're sitting in the fridge till brewday tomorrow. ferment temp says 18 to 22c . Wondering if better top or lower end or best go for 20? Cheers. Dave
