afternoon all.....

been checking my sundew for the past couple of days and the hydrometer saysits at 1.008, kit says below 1.014 i think and it has been there for 3 days now.

i moved the bucket to a higher spot to let it settle while i sterilised everything, went back to it and with the light i could see a darker shadow inside the bucket, so not to disturb it i held my bright led torch next to it and it looks as if the yeast sediment on the bottom of the bucket has come to the top,

is it ok to leave it longer as the brew has now been in the bucket for 9 days, and i have 4 days work starting tomorra so i wont be able to touch it.

i do have a sachet of brupaks dry beer enzyme, after thsi little shake up would it be worth adding for the time i am away?

I tend to leave it in the FV for 2 weeks without touching it. So it should be fine for a while longer.
