I am brewing this kit and plan to leave in FV until primary fermentation has finished. The instructions say to leave in FV 7-10 days and to add the dried hops on day 4. Should I add them on day 10 instead? I will be closely monitoring the SG with a Tilt and expect to transfer to keg on about day 14. Thanks.

Correct, Kelper, 14 days in the FV and the last 4/5 days for the dry hop. Kegs mature faster than bottles due to the bulk.
