Two weeks in the FV is fine, but I wouldn't expect your gravity to change now, time to bottle or barrel.
Cheers Moley, however I have just done a reading and its 1011 now so its gone down since yesterday and small bubbles are still rising to the top of the FV what to do, decisions decisions!

What's next, bottle or barrel?
Does it look fairly clear?
I don't think I'd want to leave it too much longer in the FV.
Maybe move on to the next stage without priming?

I did a Wherry before christmas and allowed it to clear and mature for a few weeks and must admit it was fairly acceptable but not what i had expected from the rave reviews it gets from some quarters. Its down to what you like I suppose and I thought I'd try the Great Eastern to compare the 2 as I like lighter colured bitters and this fitted the bill. I'll report back in a few weeks. I have a p[icture of a pint of my wherry but can't find how to upload it, still it's a bit early for me to be looking at pints! :D

It's clearing but I did give it a stir on Thursday as it had "stuck" so it isn't as clear as it was or probably could be. Bottling, bottles are ready just need sterilizing and i'm away. I was thinking of leaving it one more day and see what the SG is tomorow or I could bottle and prime with less sugar? Never had this problem with a ferment, they have always been straightforward!

Right here is what I've decided/done. Don't really want to leave in primary FV any longer as crud at bottom could start tasting the beer. Beer is still blowing small bubbles however and SG reading has gone down in last 24 hours so I don't really want to bottle and gamble with no sugar/reduced sugar and get either exploding bottles or flat ale! So I have siphoned beer into a secondary FV by inserting syphon tube through airlock holes on FV lids and putting the siphon tube on the very bottom of the seconday FV. Siphoned off with both lids clipped shout and it didn't agitate beer to much so minimised air transfer. I intend to leave until tomorrow in SFV for any remaining fermentation to complete and take a reading and then bottle from there. Doubt it will go down much more from 1011 now.

If anyone thinks this is a bad idea please let me know, otherwise that's the way to go :thumb:

One day on and still bubbling with airlock in lid now showing this (which it wasn't in other FV) SG this morning 1010 so down on yesterday but now been fermenting for 17 days. Smells and tastes okay has a covering of CO2 over it under sealed lid and airlock should I be worried or just leave it to do its thang? !!
