I was in wetherspoons last night and came across wold top anglers reward, very nice golden ale that Ihhaven't come across before.
Had a good chat with an old boy who brews too, I was amazed when he said he has 4 kit brews on every month just to keep up with the drinking he does.

It's a local one for me. Nice family, diversified farm doing very well. I used to know them a little, wearing a very different hat. A couple of local supermarkets stock the range now. The Scarborough Fair IPA is a proper 6% and well worth a go.

Try anything from the North Riding in Scarborough too. A few (unfiltered) bottles are getting out now, as well as the casks. Just a 2 barrel plant.

He was definitely late 60s if not a bit more. :hat: that's some good going.

Will keep an eye out and see if I can try some of their others :thumb:
