Anyone done this kit please ?
Just put in Barrel today and it tasted (to me) like Ginger / Ginger beer. Not a thing I could drink 40 Pints of but thankfully it is for Mrs Wherry
Just wondered if it will mellow after a few weeks in the Barrel to something maybe drinkable ?
I did a Wobblygob Mixed Berry and that was superb and may do another after this
