Hi all, doing a session NEIPA with this yeast soon. It's for a homebrew club challenge so it'll be judged rather harshly!

I'm seeing some conflicting information regarding what temperature to ferment this yeast at. Some are saying around 19c but I've seen other information suggesting you should be trying to get this yeast to ferment warm (24c-25c) to really get the pineapple and tropical flavours going. I'm probably doing a litre starter as well. Thoughts anyone?

Cheers in advance.

Currently they are all being used. Might have to get a new one...

Has anyone tried WLP644 at high temps out of interest?
It HAS been sold as a Brett, and used as that, upper 20ºC-s give lots of fruity esters from what I've read. Drink young because it gets old quite fast. It behaves like an ale yeast around 20's.
ymmv
