After my stout test with a comparison with nottingham, I feel I can conclude that I prefer nottinham :thumb: It lends to the malts much better and the overall flavour is deeper and richer. It seems to be that wlp013 is a bit bland. The desription talks of these oakey esters but I dont get them. Maybe it needs a hotter ferment. Very clean IMO.
