Wineworks Peach Chablis

Hi guys i got a Wilko 6 bottle Chardonnay on the go atm started 9 days ago and the bug bit me again so tonight i just started a 30 bottle Wineworks Peach Chablis.

Wife not to happy but hopefully the end result will please her :

I just need to find some more wine bottles and tops, i raided the neighbours recycling bins early this morning but most don't have the screw tops on them :sulk:

It is addictive! I have found that inviting the wife for a little taster between racking or bottling has helped!

Just took a sample as i have not seen any activity in the last day or so it was 1000, i should take a second in a day or so? It's been in the FV for 7 days.
