had one of these for my first go and i think its come out too early! its sickly sweet. any idea if i can just throw it back in the FV and restart it? seems a shame to throw it out?
Its worth a try, if you used the stabiliser you are best off rehydrating the yeast to give it its best shot i did this years ago when i put the stabiliser in instead of the yeast at the beginning it took a little longer to start but it got there in the end.
He says heat the water to 105F (40C) i think that's a little high i would aim for 30C max.
Get yourself a hydrometer and trial jar similar to the ones below they will save you ruining any future kits you make
