( 9 days ago now, I made up 2 batches of 30 bottle wine kits (The Wilko's range), and added 1ltr of 100% pure grape juice Not from concentrate (ASDA) to each batch to hopefully add a bit more body to the kits.
As I said, 9 days have now passed and it does not appear that the yeast has done anything, as I have add no bubbles through the airlock, and I have just taken hydrometer readings and found they are both still up where they started.
Do you think that the added grape juice has caused this, as I have never had a failed brew before.
Is there anything I can do to salvage these kits?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Very unlikely that the addition of the grape juice has had any effect. More likely the yeast or temperature you are fermenting at. Try to get another batch of yeast started and add some of the juice to get it acclimatised to the full batch. You didn't add the stabiliser packet by accident did you?
