Hi,
I have only recently begun to start making wine and the previous two attempts I made it went ok with be Winebuddy kits. This attempt however has went slightly differently and I am wondering if I am able to bottle the wine I have now.
The previous attempts, after clearing the sediment was very fine and the wine was clear. This one the sediment appears lumpy and there is a few pieces of oak (less than 10 tiny pieces) floating in the wine, and some bubbles at the top. The photo I have attached shows the sediment and wine at the moment. Can someone tell me why this has happened and if I can bottle this now?
Many thanks in anticipation of your help.
Peter
