I just received stuff that I ordered online ( 2 kits, Bs, spraymalt yeast etc. ) from a homebrew place in Co. Laios, £4.50 delivery and pretty reasonable prices. You should check it out Davy, certainly a bigger selection than Natures way, as it`s a dedicated brew store and not 1/2 health shop.

I`ll be up in NW tomorrow, I phoned them today to find out if they have any press. barrells and have asked them to hold one back for me, need a new one as the one I have has an air leak on the main body ( it was me da`s so age took it toll I suppose, bit like my da...lol ). I noticed your a coopers man like myself, put down 2 coopers myself this morning, ozzie lager and an English bitter will be doing a bit of late hopping on both, hallertauer mittelfruh for the lager and EKG for the bitter.

Yeah done mostly coopers so far. Like the wheat beer. Has come outperfect each time so far!!
Think Im gonna do the St Peters Pale ale next.
Got a party at the weekend so may have to do a cpl of quick brews as well.

I`m not keen on wheat beers, tried one at the continental market, in the big german tent, left half of it. I do like my pale ales and they have to be hoppy. Want to try a czech dark beer, I was in Prague a couple of years ago and loved their beer. Very similar to the bavarian beers, well then you`d expect that really. What`s this quick brew all about? Can`t say i`ve heard that, I know about the turbo ciders. Is it that sort of thing?

Hope you dont get in before me, I am always trailing through Guntree and Freecycle for bottles in the Belfast area. Starting at Bars now also lifting them from round the back


Here mate, you watch yourself doing that, you could get yourself nicked for doing some unsavoury thing, you know the peelers here, they arrest then ask. I got nicked for standing in the alleyway behind Laverys ( this 2.30am ish ), I was waiting for the girl I was with doing a p**s. B`stards. I never did hear from her again.
