Having only been back to Home Brew for a short time and never having bottled beer I followed the manufacturers optomistic instructions for carbonation & conditioning and had problems with a Wherry and IPA, sediment and sweetness.
My question is if I leave for 2 weeks in the warm and try a bottle should I still be able to taste the sugar or is this a sign that it needs longer in the warm?
I ask because I will be sampling a bottle of my latest brew (Admirals Reserve) tomorrow after the 2 week carbonation.
Cheers
