Hi guys i have recently purchased a heat mat to sit my fermenting bins on as i was having a lot of problems with stuck fermentation. The trouble is i put a brew on last night (brewferm grand cru) and it is bubbling away like madatleast once every 10 secconds, is this a good thing or will it spoil the end result?? sorry if this is a bit of a dumb question any help apreciated.

It sounds to be doing aok to me, the only way you will truly spoil it is by getting it above 30 degs as you will kill the yeast, between 15-25 deg you will be fine, with the lower temp range giving you cleaner tasting beers, higher temp towards 25 will give you more flavour but can give you off flavours (rancid butter etc) sometimes, the only way to find out is such it and see.
