I've been busy this morning with wines and beer, today I have put another Wilko's Pilsner on which turned out better than the Cerveza on a previous run. My cerveza didn't carbonate very well even after nearly 8 weeks. I hope this goes to plan like the first one I did.

My first brew was a wilko pilsner and I did like it,done a second one and it's not as good as the first. But I'll drink it anyway can't let it go to waste, the best one up to now I've had is a coopers IPA. I'll will do that one again and again I think,I've got a muntons bitter /coopers stout and a real ale all bottled and waiting to be drunks soon.

good luck! your pilsner might carb up a little more as some of the tougher dextrines are fermented (which takes a long time, almost not worth bothering with) - so forget about any bottles you have left and open one up in 2 months :thumb:

Thanks for the tip Rob, i'll try another bottle in the New Year :thumb:

I've also got some Coopers Stout that I can fall on, this brew turned out pretty good.

I've just tried the pilsner and it's a little flat, also tried a Muntons bitter and that's flat think I need to leave it a longer. I've been tried my coopers stout I made a few weeks ago,it bloody lovely and will do this one again.

I have just tried my first bottle of Pils using this kit and I have got to say after reading some reviews I wasnt expecting much...

Its great, I tastes just how I wanted it to. Its had 2 weeks warm and 3 weeks cold. banged a bottle in the fridge this aft and ive just poured it. Not much head retention but theres lots of bubbles. A little hazy (i mean very little) I honestly cant believe how well it turned out.

I used 1kg brew sugar and half a kilo enhancer. a decent pint for £8 a kit. you cant go wrong.
