Wilko Wine Stabiliser

I have some Wilko wine stabiliser at home and was wondering if it will be sufficient on its own.



The reason being is some people add a crushed campden tablet but after checking the ingredients on the stabiliser it contains the main ingredient that's in campden.

Campden tablets - potassium or sodium metabisulfite

Does this mean I can use just this and no need to use a campden tablet or do I need to use a campden tablet as well

As part of the ingredients are sodium metabisulfite i wouldn't add more.

You don't need a campden tablet it is sufficient on its own as long as you are using the appropriate quantity.
