wilko apple cider

I've just started a Wilkinsons Apple Cider. I was wondering if anyone else had tried it? Or their pear or forest fruits...

I brewed a Wilkinson Cider per instructions on the can in November and started drinking it last weekend. Its more than half gone, so it can't be that bad. :

I made the forest fruits before Christmas for swmbo, who loved it.
I'm gonna make it again, and maybe the pear.

cracked open a bottle of perry tonight (well, it's nearly Sunday!)

taste abit like pear drops, quite sweet. not too fizzy.
it's certainly drinkable, if not to everyone's taste.. and hopefully will improve over time :)

How did this all turn out in the end? did you do exactly as per instructions?

I got a free sugar (1kg) with the tin, but I've yet to decide what to use for the other 500g.

Anyone suggest anything other than brewing sugar?

iv got my wilko apple cider in my fv now ...
i need to syphon it in to the second fv on th weekend ...

iv been told to then leave it in there ...
for one or two months before bottling ...

apparently it will taste much better that way ....


so thats what im going to do ...
