I'm not sure if I will brew this weekend.....I think it is likely though as I have got a load of hops to get through
I also need to replenish low stock levels and get a couple of trial brew done for my Spring Thing entries :)

Have good brewday Barry.....your 2010 harvest looked awesome

Have a good one ph! :thumb:

I'd doing 20 ltrs of Lundy Mead tonight and then 30 ltrs of London Porter next Wednesday with any luck

Half Term :D

I'll be getting a brewferm tripple on the go in a smaller FV, and Coopers Sparkling Ale if one of my other brews have finished, freeing up a 5 Gallon FV.

I've got all of next week off (yay!) so I might get round to doing my first extract brew if my seccond FV becomes free as well.

But I am in dire need of bottles.....

I have to clear out a lot of bottles. I wish they didn't take up so much space. And cleaned themselves too ;) , enjoy your brewdays everybody.

Not this weekend, although I am hoping to sort out the big rig, and I have Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday off next week . . .one of those will hopefully be dry enough for brewing . . . and I'm planning on either The Effin Half Wit . . . . Or Sun God Imperial APA on the small rig

hi, im brewing some bitter at the moment (40 pints) i have 14 bottles of cider conditioning in bottles and after these i will be making a nice stout!

I hope to get some ME time and Bottle 5 Gallon of TC, replace this with Woodfords Werry. Bottle a gallon of Beaverdale Chardonay, Keg a English ale kit, and replace with a stout kit, Got 4 demijohns spare and picked up the BOGOF strawberry ribena , so will get 4 gallons of that on the go.
:drink:

I'm hoping to brew tomorrow, first AG since last June   I've got a lot of things to do with the brewery today though to get it ready like fitting all the new cam lock fittings, repositioning some of the HERMS pipework, smoothing out some braizing on the HERMS heat exchanger and a few other things, not to mention cleaning it all
Add to that possibly a 'last' visit to a very poorly close friend (terminal), and another friend, fingers crossed I'll get everything done, though I may not feel like it after the visits :(
Have a great brew day to all those brewing

ouch! that's not so nice V :(

Still, can I suggest you name your next brew after your friend - and you can then brew that again and again, to remember them by every time you raise a glass? :thumb: :drink:

Me, I'm planning to brew a porter of some kind tomorrow - just need to see what grains and hops I have that fit closest to a porter recipe :hmm:

oh, and I bottled 41 bottles of my AG#3 last night - Samuel Smiths Oatmeal Stout - after 4 weeks in the fermenter. Only came out at 4.9% but clearly wasn't going to go any further, so into bottles with minimal sugar priming, and look forward to sampling it in a month or so :drink:
