White layer

I've done a Google search and there's many mixed judgements on what it us also many don't look like mine.
I racked 4 wines, using the same syphon, I racked 2 of my wines onto more grape juice, one of them has this layer. The layer came in 2 days then the yeast started on grape juice which has bubbled the layer up

The pics are low quality as my battery is dying, I'll get some HD ones in the morning.

I don't want to spread this to my beers I'll be rackingI the other 3 soon.

If that was beer I'd say it was infected, but wines not a strong point.

Could be a wild yeast. What is the base must? But taste it before you chuck it.

Tasted OK but didn't like the base flavour, this one was a locwisz syrup wine. I've got another and 2 stouts that I racked the same day.

Looks very much like a brett species of yeast. Or a lactic acid bacteria
