Whirlpooling with immersion chiller

Hi all,

Does anybody have any experience of using a coil immersion chiller in conjunction with a whirlpool fitting? Just wondering if the presence of the coil in the kettle interferes with the formation of a good trub cone?

I find it still works though never tried it without the immersion chiller to see the difference.
