Hi all!

Just realised that I've run out of Safale 05 and would like to retry a Punk IPA clone. I have Mangrove Jack's m36 liberty bell, Safale 04 and Lallemand Nottingham ale yeast. Would any of these be worth trying or shall I just go for a UK ale?

Ive used 04 in a couple of IPA type brews, ghost ship type clones, they werent much like ghost ship but pretty tasty. The 04 worked fine and gave good flocculation.

Liberty Bell all day. I'd always use it instead of us05. Guessing by the name and description it's the Anchor Liberty strain, possibly a dry version of WLP51/WY1272 which are great. Hope it's the same, I have one in the fridge.
