Here's another curve ball for you, I bought in 75 cl glass bottles ... it means there are fewer of them to clean and fill up compared to the 330 ml ones. In the end, it saves a lot of hassle, they are all the same size for the bench capper, all in the same condition and all designed to do the job. Apart from the weight, glass is pretty easy to clean ... not used PET since the early days when I was recycling cola bottles.

I've got some 1L swing top growlers which I really like. They were expensive though, but by the quality of them I think they will out last me

Get decent kit, you buy it once. I love my grain mill, Victorian technology, made of cast iron ... I reckon my joints will seize up before that does ... and that shouldn't be happening for the next 20 years or so ... with a bit of luck.
