For all my wine and cider i tend to use Young GP yeast.

 

Wilco's takes a lot of beating, it's not the fastest, but it gets there.

That's what I use for most stuff, only buy specialist yeast if specific recipe calls for it.

I use the Young's GP yeast if I'm going to use a GP yeast, but seeing as we've just had a Wilkinson's open recently in a neighbouring time - I might have to pop in and get their added nutrient version.

I didn't know Wilkinson's had a home brew section. :)
