Which Extract?

Morning all,

Once again i have been reading on the internet and found this!

Would this be ok to use for an extract brew and if so how much would i need what else would i need for a lager recipe?

no idea if any good , but what you need is extra light dried malt for lager and some lager yeast , also some hops maybe hallertau or whatever you like
