Whether to bottle or not Festival American IPA

hi all,

I have been brewing the festival american IPA kit - I've got what I think is a stable SG level of 1.010 down from around 1.040 but the airlock is still bubbling every 2 or 3 minutes - do you think it's ready to bottle condition? I'm keen to do it as the dry hops have been in there for 5 days now

Any burps longer than a minute apart are from CO2 created by fermentation coming out of suspension.

FG for that kit is lower, I think! Possibly 1.008 or even 1.006. When I did it,it took a month to hit FG.

Ah great thanks I will leave it then ! Hope it’ll be ok with leaving the hops for longer…

Contrary to popular information I've left hops in beer for a couple of weeks and never experienced any "grassy" tastes afterwards.
