hi every one i was thinking of doing a brew same as ive allready done which is a wherry :thumb: but i will be away for about 6 days there will not be any heating on at all in the house so would it be wise to brew it when i come back thanks for any advice :

My Wherry stuck when it got a bit colder (and that was still with some heating on) so I think you may struggle.

BTW, your post would be easier to read with some punctuation.

I would wait till you return and you can control the temps better. Also its safer if your around in case you get a leak or something.

Thanks for the advice. And as for the punctuation i'm lucky if get my spelling right lol
