Which is good.....but In my experience after doing a few of these, they don't go down much further than this. I'm sure the box say's 4% so Id like to get it down further, I just dont know how. Could I pitch more yeast? Give it a big stir up?

Iv got 2 of them fermenting. They started at .040. They should I guess be at about 3.5%.

Sounds about right as it is, just leave it a few more days to let the crap drop to the bottom

I will leave them for a little while yet. These are the 1st lot iv brewed that I will use finings with the others Iv drank cloudy. I use corny keg's so I will clear them and the leave them in the corny's for a few weeks before I drink the.

Will it be ok to just add enough c02 to burp and seal the keg's and then let the beer mature in the corny's? I plan to stick then in the shed and try to forget about them coz I always end up drinking them too soon :).

Cheers.

Gone down to .012 (ish). I can't see it going any further now there are hardly any bubbles. 0.10 would give me about 4% which id be happy with to be honest. It say's 4.5% on the box. I have done a few of these now and never got anything like that. Has anyone?

What could I do to encourage it to go for the last little push?

The most I've got it down to John was 1010, with an OG of 1039 giving 3.8% and that was with nutrient added at the start
