I would like to buy some bittersweet apple concentrate, but am having a hard time finding anything that isn't a bulk purchase. The smallest I've found is 25 litres from the UK and a French supplier selling 40 litre minimums.
Essentially, as I live outside the UK, it's very difficult to find juice from cider apples such as Dabinett, Kingston Black, Harry Marsden, Foxwhelp etc. Therefore, I am searching for some bittersweet concentrate to blend with local sweet juices.
The only place I could find where this can be bought in consumer sizes is the US based MoreBeer website. Buying this UK apple concentrate from a US supplier, to have it delivered to Europe, seems somehow self defeating.
Anyone know of European based homebrew shops where something similar can be bought?
