Given that these bulbs have been around for years I am surprised no one has tried them. Especially as they are readily available in the HB outlets. They may not be the real thing, but what is the result? And is 8gm enough to make a difference in the beer. I would have thought that you would need more than one bulb, but will stand being corrected.
