when to 2nd rack

Hi all just like to ask when do i 2nd rack, after the fermenting is done or befor, i have ale on the go with wyeast, will be using gelatine in the 2nd racking but when do i rack help please :mrgreen:

If you are wanting to add finings at the same time as racking (or immediately after) you will have to wait until fermentation is over :)
