This is a 25L FV and the wort is about 21L. I have used it many times without problems before. Any ideas on fixing it right now as I am thinking this is going to last another 24 hours?

Your worst should be over, have a look around for a 30 litre fermenting vessel.

ive been replacing all my fv with 30s after a couple of complete over spills... I keep the 20s for TC now.

I always fit a blow-off tube after having a chicken phaal at the Star of India. Usually it works fine, but if I'm feeling a bit peckish on the way home and stop in for a bag of chips and a portion of mushy peas, it can be somewhat overwhelmed.
