Does wheat help ? I already mash at 68 / 69 degrees C

What form of wheat ? when to use ?

anything else for added body ?

thanks

Great question. Ive been looking at the same. It looks to help but Im concerned it will cloudy my brew.

I thought wheat added head retention. If you have already mashed then I think only brew enhancer would be an option now.

Your correct I miss read the post and thats my goal a better head.

I've been using 100g of Torrified Wheat in some minimashes for 23 litre brews and it seems to aid in head retention and I've not noticed a problem with clarity.
I went on a Black Sheep Brewery visit last year and they said that TW was 10% of the grain bill in some beers.
And of course you must mash TW with a diastase containing grain, since it has none of its own.

Thanks for that.
