I am just about to keg my first wheat beer and it suddenly occured to me that these would normally be served colder and more carbonated than an ale.

I was figuring just putting a bit more CO2 in the corny ( I usually do 20 to seal and then disconnect and leave it, I thought maybe 30 or 40 to seal and leave for the wheat beer). Temperature I think it will be ok in the kegerator at an ale temp ( 14-15 C) but thought I would ask people that had done a few more to see if this works out ok?

Many thanks
Paul

I usually carb my wheat beers to 3.25-3.75 Vols co2. As for temp, about 6oC ish

Thanks leedsbrew :thumb: , having just tasted it, this certainly needs to be cooler...

Now just to work out how to get this colder than my other kegs all for the same days serving.. I clearly need another fridge ;)
