Joined Feb 7, 2009 Messages 387 Reaction score 15 Oct 1, 2009 #4 That's a little on the low side for a wheat beer, move it somewhere warmer (not more than 22C) and give it a gentle stir with a sanitised spoon/paddle, if it isn't showing signs of fermentation 24 hours later pitch another yeast :thumb:
