Ripped the lid off my latest brew and found this!

Thing is, the beer tastes excellent, so I kegged it. Is it going to stay tasting excellent or should I give away as christmas presents to people I don't like..? :nah:

I had a brew which stuck and that formed on it.. chucked in a saison yeast it ate the remaining sugars and the pelicle.

Bottled the beer and it was fine, it could have been better I will admit but I have 3 left now and it was back in July and they are fine I will even have one tonight
 
Might be nice on pizza. No! Wait!! It IS pizza. I've seen pics like that before - but only pics, not the real thing. And I've heard folk say it might be fine. May well be, I dunno, but if it were mine I'd be wheeling out every radioactive isotope known to man in order to rid the entire house of the pestilence which has found your ale.

I had one Exactly like that a few weeks ago. It went down the drain.
