What will be your next three brews?

Ordering is easy for me.
My next three brews will be: Smash bitter, smash bitter and smash bitter!
Pale malt, Xtal malt,Goldings and Marsdens yeast.

Some sort of hoppy lagered APA for summer BBQ's.

Well the next one will be my first foray into BIAB, I have ordered the ingredients for two beers but I'm undecided in which order I will do them:-
Belgium Dubbel dark ale
Belgian Wit (which I intend to split after first fermentation and add raspberries to one half)
After that I may go for Pittsy's hefe or Aleman's Erdinger, or I may go for something completely different.
Of course if the BIAB goes wrong then I'll be back to kits!

I am going to buy enough grain for the next six brews and I plan the following.

1 - an all grain copy of one of my extract brews with Nelson sauvin and pacific gem.

2 - an all grain version of an Amarillo & centennial extract brew.

3 - a snpa clone based on the maltmiller/mysterious recipe.

4 - a brew with Apollo and mosaic.

5 - a brew with cascade and Amarillo.

6 - a smash with simcoe.

Quick update.

I've since made the snpa clone.

I've a hold of Vic's secret hops and I reckon the next one might be a smash with these based on a maris otter grainbill. It won't be a smash in the complete sense as I will use magnum to bitter to allow more flavour/aroma hops at the end of the boil.

Has anyone used these hops before?
