Can you make bread with it?

I don't like throwing it out because it smells so good.

I like to keep it for a while anyway and see what it does, and I've noticed this a few times

Does this mean that fermentation is still going on?

You could use it for bread but you could also use it for another brew. You can wash it and store it for a few weeks in the fridge, (plenty of guides on here about that) or you could just fill and appropriate sized pet bottle then leave it ion a fridge that is usually good for a month.

Failing all that you could make marmite   See Here

Thanks. Might try making marmite sometime. Maybe not though as it seems like a lot of effort and time just for marmite. I will try it sometimes and making bread if that's possible. As for making more beer, need a bot more experience before I try anything fancy like that.
