What to brew this weekend??

I can't decide what to brew this weekend.
I'm drinking a 'Landlord' clone at the moment; conditioning I've got turbo cider and a 'Comfort Seeker' best bitter (hopped with Challenger & Fuggles).

Been reading lots (as usual) and filled my head with far too much to choose from, but have narrowed it down to:

A 'Proper Job' style IPA, 5.5%ish abv, hopped with chinook, willamette & cascade.
Coopers Stout type, 6.5%ish, hopped with galena and fuggles, or
A Belgian Special in the style of La Chouffe, 8.5%abv, styrian to bitter and saaz for aroma.

So, what should I go for folks??

I brewed a proper job clone a while ago and after six weeks in the bottle is lovely :party: I`ve seen a few posts for proper job - the hops are really potent just don`t be shy with them
